Can't place or mine blocks in Valihas 5

so i’m unable to mine and place blocks at all. i assume its one of the building mods in the pack. the only one i know that isnt connected to the issue is the effortless building mod but some other mod must have disabled my ability to mine and place blocks i cant even break torches the one thing that does work is nonvanilla tools like the wrench to break machines but i cant place them
